Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your note and artwork. The photo of your handwriting, and your own photo if you use one on the card.
• The recipient. Their name and postal address, so the card can be printed and mailed.
• Your email. You give it on the payment page. We use it for your receipt and any message about your order.
• Your country. Worked out from your connection, to start the address form on your own country. We keep the country code with the order, not your IP address.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you leave for the payment page, a draft of your card is saved in your own browser so you can come back to it.

Who helps us, and what they see

• Stripe takes the payment. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
• Stannp prints and mails the card. It receives the two sides of the card and the recipient's name and address.
• Anthropic provides the Claude service that tidies up the handwriting and checks notes and photos before printing. It receives the images for that purpose.
• Resend delivers our emails. It receives your email address and the message.
• Cloudflare hosts the service and stores order files while they are needed.

We do not sell personal information or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

• The printed files for an order are deleted 30 days after it is sent.
• Uploads for an order that was never paid are deleted after 24 hours.
• The order record (what was bought, when, and where it went) is kept for our accounts.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Reply to your receipt email and we will sort it out.
